Joaquim Malafaia

Joaquim Malafaia dedicates himself to the practice of law, working in various areas of civil law, criminal law, criminal procedure, insolvency law, administrative offense law, and commercial law.


He holds a law degree from the International University of Lisbon and a Master's degree in Judicial Law (Procedural Law and Judicial Organization) from the School of Law of the University of Minho, and a postgraduate degree in "Economic and European Criminal Law" from the Institute. from the Department of Economic and European Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, in "Business Law" at the International University of Figueira da Foz, in "Psychocriminal Studies" at the Faculty of Law of the Nova University of Lisbon.
